Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been wed to Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. When he was 13 years old, Bruce accompanied his parents in Casper (in Wyoming, the State of Wyoming) where his father worked as the Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's land conservation districts.
