Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011 and is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy television show. Tarlov is the youngest daughter who was born in Manhattan. In the year she turned 10, Tarlov began her acting career in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The 7th year olds who watched the show were very impressed. She spent summers studying at NYU Tisch as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training in various acting styles. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, helped her integrate writing and acting in classes like the LAByrinth Theater's Master Course. Molly switched her dark jacket for a pair of sunglasses, before leaving for Los Angeles. Her quick rise to fame was when she landed a three word role on iCarly which garnered a lot of attention from her parents. Molly has starred on numerous TV shows and has produced Caitlin for Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley in ABC Family's Huge. Molly pretends that she can be a good basketball player even though she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
